Having written and performed in more than 50 corporate films, Performing Matters can provide a full range of services from Actors only, or script only, up to full services video production through our network of producers, crew and directors.
Performing Matters specialise in boutique training films. These can be used in supervised training environments or as part of on-line training platforms.
Partnering with ARC Films Director Abi Richardson, Performing Matters has written and acted in over 20 workplace vignettes around the most requested workplace training topics.
These range from bullying and harassment, social media, poor performance, termination conversations, privacy and even dealing with the office ‘hugger’.
Other film clients include AGL, ANZ, API Priceline, Cricket Australia, DuPont, University of Melbourne Business School.
Case Study
Cricket Australia
At the request of Cricket Australia, Performing Matters developed ongoing characters for 17 films as part of a national roll out to Cricket Clubs and Associations on diversity and inclusion, tackling issues ranging from religious inclusivity, LGBTI inclusion, indigenous involvement, women in cricket and all abilities.
Performing Matters wrote and performed all the scripts – their comical characters making serious issues accessible to a diverse audience. The films were an integral part of Cricket Australia’s national A Sport For All resource and training program, winning a 2015 Australian Multicultural Marketing Award. Since 2015, the program has grown diversity participation by over 79 percent.
The program helped Australian cricket reach a record 1.2 million participants.
