Role Plays
Working alongside in-house and external facilitators, we provide participants an opportunity to experience and practice crucial conversations in a safe learning atmosphere.
Our scenarios are individually tailored to meet our Client’s objectives – whether the conversations are performance-based, development-based, negotiating, persuading or coaching.
Typically we work hand-in-hand with our clients, to research, develop and write realistic and relevant practice scenarios.
Alternatively, we can draw from our pool of more than 20 difficult conversation themes.
We are flexible and agile in our approach, and have experience working with a variety of our client’s preferred training frameworks. These include bringing to life Susan Scott’s Fierce Conversations, the GROW coaching model, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, The DISC Profile and LSI – The Life Styles InventoryTM.
Our role play clients include AGL, Alinta, ANZ, BHP Billiton, Energy Australia, Fosters, King & Wood Mallesons, LeasePlan, Medibank Private, NIKE, Nokia, Powercor, Racing Victoria, St Vincent’s Hospital and Tattersall’s.
